Sumerian art
This is a reproduction of a 6,000-year-old Sumerian work of art. This terracotta replica is inspired by a Sumerian goat sculpture; Les Créations Jean Pronovost specializes in the reproduction of artifacts from ancient civilizations.
The sculpture is made of resin reinforced with fibreglass and metal to strengthen the horns; multiple layers of patina were used to give it the features of a 6,000-year-old terracotta.
This photo shows the finished work of sculptor Jean Pronovost just before being painted and reinforced with metal and fibreglass. Just like the original sculpture, this one will also endure.
